The kitchen has been extended and equipped with a spacious peninsula, while the two bathrooms have been completely renovated with comfortable showers. There is also a laundry area and the construction of a guest bathroom on the upper floor.

As in any self-respecting renovation, Something unexpected has happened: The slab of the second living room on the first floor had structural problems. But thanks to the timely intervention of an engineer, who designed a reinforcing mesh, The problem was resolved quickly and with minimal impact on costs.
